The Blinds 2go customer service helped me well
My family and I fell in love with our Roman Blinds. I thought the installation would be a hassle, but it was effortless. I bought 4 blinds for 2 rooms, so each room got 2. The quality is fantastic, as many people have said in the reviews.
But what I wanna appreciate the most is the customer service. Although their responses are not always fast, the answers are very detailed and help me learn so much before buying. The only minus was they didn't send me a discount through email, though I've subscribed to the newsletter. Other big stores usually do that.
